Is the event indoors, outdoors, or both?
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors among the trees. The space will be comfortably prepared with heaters throughout the seating, lap blankets for guests, and plenty of warm beverages to keep everyone cozy.
If the weather becomes challenging, we’ll move the ceremony into the venue’s indoor gathering space — a warm, inviting setting with beautiful natural finishes.
The reception will take place inside the main hall, with access to the outdoor patio featuring fires, seating, and bar.
What time Should I (we) arrive?
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM — Guest Arrival
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM — Outdoor Ceremony
What is the dress code, and what does it actually mean?
Semi‑formal. Think polished but comfortable — suits or dress shirts with slacks, cocktail / evening dresses, or dressy separates.
Is Parking available, are cars able to stay overnight?
Ample amounts and yes, cars left in the venue parking lot must be picked up by noon the next day.
Are there hotel blocks or transportation provided?
We haven’t secured hotel blocks or group transportation, but there are plenty of great lodging and travel options nearby. Please choose whatever is most convenient for you.
Are children invited?
Absolutely — bring your children if they are listed on your RSVP. They can enjoy the same meal as the adults, or choose buttered noodles if they prefer something simpler. No need to specify this in advance.
